So, let's get the excuses out of the way 1st: we showed up on a Saturday night, 6:30PM. There were 4 of us, and we sat ourselves at an open table (as was written on the hostess sign). The restaurant was NOT busy, there were only 5 other tables seated. (I had more than enough time to count.)
After 10 minutes, we walked to the register and asked for a menu, there was then a debate between the young lady and another about who's table we were gonna be, and not as in a debate on let's make it fair for everyone, it was basically nobody wanted to wait another table. We took our cue from that vibe and just left. Couldn't tell you anything about the food, and won't be able to, as there's no need to ever return here.

Went to romas pickup window to get my call in order sit there for 20 mins and no one came. Called the store they said they would be right there and still no one came. Went inside and was informed that they won't work the window because they don't get tips there. This is an awful practice and they won't get my business anymore. Got home and I ordered a seafood meal it came with one piece of flounder and it was covered in raw dough. Tried the chicken it didn't taste bad at all but it doesn't taste like chicken. Fries were cold. I knew they would be because of how long I had to wait to get my order. Shrimp wasn't bad some of the clams were doughy it was hit or miss.

Sundays are busy!!
I read many bad reviews and not one of them seemed accurate when we ate there.
The food was amazing. Becky waited on us and was outstanding. We talked about what dessert was ok for lactose intolerance and she got us fresh from the freezer! Thank you Becky the desserts were amazing!
We had the the tour of Italy and chicken cacciatore and both were amazing and delicious.
We actually at twice, Maggie was on our second visit and again amazing service.
Food just as delicious. We had subs both steak Philly like and they were awesome.
We do recommend this restaurant. Not it isn’t frills and glamorous but it so so good.!!

We really enjoy taking the family out to eat at Roma’s! The food is always fresh and delicious, and Becky is usually our waitress. She is always so friendly and attentive, and makes sure that we are all happy with our food!

I ordered the fettuccine carbonara. I took one bite and the sauce was disgusting. I told my waitress and she said she would talk to the manager/owner. The manager/owner did not offer any solution to the problem. I was not offered a replacement meal or a discount. I was told I would have to pay full price for a meal I took one bite out of. The hospitality is not up to par here. I will not be back here to eat.
