This is the 1st BAD review I have ever written. I am struggling with allowing 3 stars as it is more like a 2.5. I was not at all pleased with the process. A $30k out of pocket cash expense should come with a higher level of service than was provided.

Key NEGATIVE aspects of my process for which should be reviewed for improvement are as follows:

1) I was not timey informed, if at all, of workforce arrivals. The contract arrived on 10/23/24. I signed it a week later. The entire project did not conclude until just last week.
2) I incurred structural damages to the eaves, fascia and stucco of my house
3) The recklessness of workers on my roof caused interior cracking to the drywall seems, along with mishaps to hung lighting / ceiling fans. It also dislodged the direct fuse to the air handler in the attic, where I had to hire a specialist to come out and correct.
4) While awaiting the application of shingles after the application of underlayment, in incurred a minor leak in the master bathroom

Only the front facing stucco has since been repaired by Roof EZ.

I have elected to upload a few of the pictures associated with the damage for which I took during the process as justification.

Roof EZ is by far the most professional roofing company Ive encountered. Over the years, a lot of companies say one thing and do another. They bamboozle you with confusion and empty promises, not these guys. Prompt and knowledgable. And they don’t cut corners. Highly recommend!

Roof Ez is awesome and does amazing work. If there is an issue they take care of it. They gave away free roofs to hurricane victims and have done so much for SWFL! Highly recommend them!
