Absolute finest experience imaginable with this roofing contractor, Jared Standley at RRCA, LLC. (Roofing and Reconstruction Contractors of America, LLC). Jared’s communication skills, coordinating between the field team, support staff, and me the client, make them first in class. With an emphasis on class. I never had to question, because I was regularly informed while removing old shingle and replacing it with standing seam metal. Jared, his field team, and support staff at the office handled permitting and material orders and delivery quickly. Jared informed me of the progress at every step. What crew or material would arrive and when like a fine Swiss watch. Upon completion the look of my home is amazing. We had to have our roof replaced after IAN. As our insurance company didn't want to pay, we had to take a detour via a lawyer. We had help from RRCA in all matters until the work on our new roof was completed.

RRCA completed my roof installation in February 2024. However, during the rainy season in June 2024, I experienced a leak in my master bathroom. This leak caused damage to my ceiling, including watermarks, water bubbles, and other unsightly issues. I reported the leak to RRCA on June 24, providing photos and videos as evidence. I was referred to the warranty contact, Chris O’Brien (RRCA Regional General Manager). Minor repairs were made, and Chris recommended delaying interior repairs until the rainy season ended.

In October 2024, I contacted RRCA again to address the unresolved repairs. At this time, I also informed Chris of a new leak in my garage, which had resulted in mold stains and water damage to the ceiling. Without conducting a professional assessment, Chris suggested that the garage leak appeared old and might not be related to the RRCA-installed roof. However, subsequent rainfall allowed me to record water actively pouring into my garage from the roof. RRCA later confirmed that the issue was due to a flashing problem and indicated it would be repaired.

It is now January 2025, and despite my consistent efforts since October 2024, I have not received any concrete updates or resolutions regarding the necessary repairs. I have reached out to several representatives at RRCA, including the owner, Lee Haight, but communication has remained poor, and no action has been taken. At one point, I even received a dismissive text message ending with, “Thanks for your patience.”

Given that I paid $44,771 for my roof—on time and in full—I am extremely frustrated with RRCA’s warranty process, lack of communication, and failure to prioritize existing customers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services to anyone.

I hope this feedback encourages RRCA to improve its customer service and warranty processes in the future. Keeping customers informed and engaged when resolving issues related to one of their biggest investments goes a long way in building trust. It is unsettling and unprofessional to reach out to the owners of a business about an issue and be completely ignored.

Mike Herrera and I worked together for over 2.5 years to get my roof replaced. From the start, he guided me through the process, helping me file a claim with my insurance company and connecting me with an attorney to assist with my case. While waiting for a decision on the claim, Mike remained proactive, regularly checking in to ensure the tarps and other mitigations were holding up to prevent further leaks. If any repairs were needed, he always had someone sent out promptly.

Throughout the entire process, Mike was readily available to answer my questions and provide realistic expectations about our progress. Although the insurance claim didn’t go through as we had hoped, we still moved forward with replacing not just one, but two roofs—our home’s and the newly purchased house next door.

We encountered some challenges obtaining permits since my city still requires everything to be done in person. To navigate this, Mike personally arranged for someone to accompany me to the permit office to get the paperwork sorted. Once we secured the necessary permits, the roofing work was completed efficiently and professionally. Mike kept us informed every step of the way, ensuring we were never left in the dark—even when things didn’t go exactly as planned.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate Mike’s dedication, professionalism, and support throughout the process.

I had my roof replaced and gutters added. From start to finish my service was wonderful. The sales manager Stephen Kaywell and project manager Jessica Crumlich were professionals and took their time explaining everything. They both are experienced in the industry and a pleasure to do business with. RRCA hires people who cares and are very diligent making sure the customer understands the entire process from start to finish. The entire process was amazing and professional. With any job there were some minor things but they were immediately taken care of without any hesitation or questions asked. I truly recommend this company. Great team all around from beginning to end.

From introduction to Ryan Holt of RRCA for our roof repair, he has been professional, respectful of our time and most definitely heard our concerns. He maintained an open line of communication through the entire process. He was present when they began the roof replacement and stayed onsite throughout. Needles to say, we are very happy with the end result. RRCA is a must for any kind of roof concerns. In the office I dealt directly with Monique and she is also a wonderful representative of RRCA. She's kind and willing to answer any questions you may have. I couldn't see her face but I just knew she had a smile on her face when we spoke.
