We had a great experience with Adam! He was very thorough and professional in his work. Adam took the time to explain how to use our new water softener and reverse osmosis system in detail, making sure we understood everything. Adam was great! Super helpful, and he took the time to double-and triple-check that our drain was fixed before he left so we wouldn’t have to call him back again. Also gave some great tips on preventing the issue in the future. Friendly, great attitude — if we have an emergency drain issue again, he’s the one we’re calling!
