Generally, I don't leave any reviews good or bad but just wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I had with Mauro Rosas, the owner of Rosas Tree Service. Mauro gave me a very fair price to cut down my two trees, remove the stumps, and remove my bushes as well. He even answered my silly questions. When him and his crew came out to do the work, I was very impressed not only with the equipment but his crew as well. His crew was very professional and did a fantastic job considering the weather was 90 degrees with 100% humidity. They worked hard and finished up later in the day. I would highly recommend Rosas Tree Care Services.

We have been using Rosas Tree Care for about a decade now. They have completed small projects (1 tree) to extremely large projects (multiple days with their full team). Unbelievably responsive. Every person they have sent has been professional. They are currently completing another large project at our house and we are continually very happy. I share one story... about 2 years ago, we were selling our house in HW. On Sunday morning (2 days before inspection), a tree fell on our garage. I called the owner Sunday morning. He responded in 15 minutes and he was at our house an hour later. Within 24 hours, it was if the tree never was there. I continue to refer them to anyone who nees service. Steve

Several months ago, I found a business card in my mailbox from De Rosas Tree Care. I needed my trees pruned back and had been meaning to hire someone to take of it for me, so thought I'd give De Rosas a try. I worked with Gonzalo and Baltazar on the estimate and eventually hired them to do the job. They did great. Price was super reasonable and they worked pretty fast to trim my 3 really large overgrown trees. Because they did such a good job, I asked for an estimate on additional landscaping and tree root removal on my property. That was over a week ago and I have yet to hear back from them. I've called several times to follow up and it's as though they disappeared off the face of the earth. No return calls. I would be fine with letting this go and moving forward with another company, but they were also supposed to return to remove some additional branches from the trees they pruned that are now hanging really low to the ground and haul them away. I already paid for this work and they have not completed the job. This is really disappointing. Especially since they did such a good initial job on my trees. I had high hopes for De Rosas, but was let down. Just a warning for anyone else that may come across Gonzalo and team. They seemed so nice and professional, but didn't follow through.

Mauro and his team are great! They arrived when they said they would, all their equipment was clean and functional. Helped us with a few simple requests for keeping some of the wood. They left the property clean and were respectful of the neighbors. Great value for the money, I fully recommend this company!
