I had a sale pending in Trinidad on a 100 year old duplex. Bruce overreacted to some areas that needed repairs so grossly, he completely scared my buyer away, and then, he tried to have the house condemned! Bruce completely burned my sale for minor repairs. He found some things that needed to be fixed - fine. Every contractor since who has looked at the basement say that the repairs it needs are minor. MINOR!!! It's getting fixed next week for a few thousand dollars. It's not a big deal, and thanks (I guess) for finding the few things, but it's a 100 YEAR OLD HOUSE!!!! Has he ever seen a 100 year old house? Because he was talking about me having to bring things to current codes... on a 100 year old house. Generally, older houses are grandfathered in, right? But no, "Mr. Sky is Falling" wants to condemn a very, very nice house. To completely freak my buyer out like that was unprofessional at best. But since Bruce completely burned my sale, I've had 3 contractors, and another structural engineer look at it. They all (including the city building inspector)say, they've seen way worse, it's not a big deal, let's just fix it. Nice job, Bruce. This is not someone you want working for you unless you want serious overkill. And God forbid if your buyer's realtor happens to hire him. He will destroy your sale without blinking an eye!

I have worked with Roscoe engineering on numerous projects from large scale Transit Oriented Development developer led projects, where I was the designer and Bruce was on the team to small scale complicated residential projects. Bruce’s knowledge is vast and his insight has always saved the project money and ensured that it was done professionally and designed to last over time. Bruce is an incredible engineer and I would recommend him for any project and I do. He can take on a complex issue and work through the civil engineering design. Whenever I build a team for a design project, Bruce is on that team. If you want a first class civil engineer, who is no b.s, will save you money and get the job done and make sure it’s done right, I can not recommend Roscoe engineering enough.

I've worked with Roscoe Roscoe of Roscoe Engineering on numerous projects over two decades. Bruce is by far the most talented, responsive, professional and cost effective engineer that I have ever worked with. From initial concept design, construction to final inspection, Roscoe Engineering is the civil engineering firm you can rely on. I highly recommend them for your next project.

I designed my own home and with Bruce’s professional expertise, he drafted up plans. Two months later I needed to change one wall on the plans and he did so with careful IBC code engineering revamps. Mr. Roscoe has several decades of engineering knowledge, also the only other one I know that can use Civil 3-D proficiently. He stood by me win the county inspector questioned some of my ideas. He also looked out for me win the contractor skipped a very important tie-down of the center column detail while conducting a walkthrough of the shell. He works on multi-million dollar projects, so I know he could do my little project.

June 22rd I took skematics Log Cabin Plans & specifications 13 X 19 color laminated comb bound book on how to buid. Bruce quoted me $4,00 but had been burned before needed 1/2 up front but not set up for credt cards. I dropped a check in his mail slot June 27th for $2,000. Bruce ha said on 06/22/2020 he was about 3 weeks out. Mid August he called & said. I have $2,000 of yours what am I supossed to be doing for you. Even though Bruce had everythin even the # of the compay I bought the material from with question. How tall are the doors How many windows. How big is the wrap around porch. What type of lumber. He never went to the buildig site. 102 days later I find out Bruce Roscoe cannot find the 13 X 19 laminated color illistrated book. I am now going thru the exspense & hassel of replcing that imprtant piece , and 81 days behind schedual!
