Jay has been very helpful for me as a new CPAP user since the beginning. Showing me how to properly use the machine, getting me fitted for the right mask, and following up with me after changes to setting and masks.

Jay was super helpful in explaining how to use the C-PAP machine and how to care for it. Learned so much about the benefits and usage. My first night's sleep was the best in a long time. Very content with the machine and experience so far.

This is my first CPAP machine and Jay was AWESOME to work with. He took the time to explain everything including how to take care of the machine. He did a great job of helping me choose the right mask and took the time to test it and that included making an adjustment to the mask to prevent air leakage. I was apprehensive about getting a machine but I am happy I got one and Jay made that so much easier. Thank you Jay and Rotech!

New Year's Eve found me visiting my son in Tennessee for the holidays. I ended up in the hospital there diagnosed with pneumonia on December 29th. I was to be discharged with oxygen but Medicare was refusing to pay their oxygen supplier because I already had an account with Rotech in Hudson, Florida. I put in a call the them. Tracy answered the phone. She was so gracious being that it was New Year's Eve. She made arrangements for Rotech to deliver my oxygen to the hospital that evening so I could go back to my son's. She did it with such an uplifting attitude and she knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. I'm ever so thankful for her and for Rotech.

Scam artists. A machine was sent to my home without my consent. Took it back to the office, a man named Jay started unboxing the machine and tried to force me to take it, saying it was paid for when it wasn't. Turns out they refused to actually ship the machine back. I was stuck with an insurance claim they never reversed because they never actually sent the machine back. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

This place has been an ordering supplies and billing nightmare. The tech that fitted me was great. The office is the suk. I’ve paid, tried ordering in the auto system, and I get billed but never receive equipment. Just spent 20 minutes in the phone with them. Promise me a call back. We’ll see.

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. USE ANYONE ELSE. In error, I received a machine from Rotech. My insurance was trying to get an estimate ONLY. Rotech blamed their fulfillment department. Tried to get me to keep pieces of equipment saying it was paid in full. I told them I didn't want it and they should not bill insurance. I made them take equipment back, they could not provide any proof - printed, emailed, or mailed- that I had returnd the machine. Weird because I know they have printers in their office, the representative just claimed they couldn't provide proof at the time. They only made a vague promise about mailing the proof, which I haven't gotten over a month later. Insurance and doctor both know I am not using equipment. Doctor faxed a discontinuation of prescription, which Rotech claimed would ensure the claim is closed and I would not be billed. And yet Rotech still billed insurance and is trying to send bills to collections. Surely this can be seen as fraudulent behavior, even the doctor is sceptical of Rotech now. Sadly, even my insurance representative was pushed from associate to associate over the phone and took an hour to speak with someone who knew what was going on. Issue is still ongoing.
