Sam came out and helped clear our septic system on Friday afternoon, before Christmas holidays! He pumped the tank, then cleaned out the bio filter, which had unexpectedly plugged up after annual cleaning a couple months ago.

He was confident, competent, and business like. We really appreciate having this done at the last minute just before Christmas holidays. Good job Roto router.

Great experience with Keenan. He responded to my initial call within an hour, answered my questions, gave a rough estimate and was out to my house that afternoon. After my clog was free he went on to assess, find and uncovered a clean out that had been buried ed for years! Any future work will be so much easier. What a wonderful experience from the Sunday I called with blocked plumbing to the next day Monday when they followed up secured, came and solved our problem with intelligent problem solving and high tech camera system. We have a complicated septic system that was unknown to us. All that while polite, respectful and timely. They are pros we were in good hands we will always use them.

Roto rooter came out the day after I called for service. John was a great plumber, found the blockage fast and cleared it. He also fixed several shower valves, two that I could not regulate temp and one that did not shut off completely!
Great service and a great experienced plumber! Very pleased!!
Today 7/11 John came out again and replaced a broken pipe by our meter.
