We’ve had them at our house for several days now and our septic line is still flooding our basement. The young men who have been here were kind and professional. However, they just left our house without informing me if the work was done and if/when they’d return. Because we weren’t spoken to before they left we weren’t able to tell them we would be going out of town the next afternoon and we would need them here in the morning so we could continue with our trip. When I called and kindly asked the man on the phone if they couple come earlier the man had no sense of customer service. His tone was rude and he just kept saying “I’ll try ma’am” which wasn’t helpful and I guess now I’ll have to wait around all day. We have no clue what time they’ll be arriving or if they’ll be returning to do the rest of the work. I would expect better professionalism from such a reputable company.

The technician came from Olney to Flora to service my plumbing. He was here within 4 hours of my initial call. He had the issue resolved within 1 hour. And the price was fair. Very pleased with their service. Thank you.

Came out in timely matter and ran snake 90+ feet to clean out clog in main sewer line. Able to pull out clog and gave us a 30 day guarantee Ask for Jake but I wo7ld trust anyone from Royse Billy in Olney. THANKS Jake

I left work early only for them to show up two hours late. The original serviceman was great, but he could not finish the needed repairs so had me arrange for someone to come back. They never showed up. When I called to question it, I was told "things happen" and "we're only human". Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I have used this company several times recently. I have asked for a detailed bill of why my material costs were so high and still waiting. I want to pay my bill but I also want to know what I am paying for.

I had an appt to hook up my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. I text the plumber to let them know I arrive home early to find out no one is coming to my home today. All I expect when something comes up is a courtesy call to say something came up and we can't make it. That is being respectful in my mind.

I hope others have better experiences.

The Royce's have been Servicing my Heating and Air Conditioning needs for going on Thirteen Years this coming Fall 2023 and I am very Grateful for Their Dedication and Fairness.

Just passed Sunday, my Central A/C Unit stopped functioning. The Weather had been Unusually Hot and Dry, with Humidity in the 20% range for several weeks.

While this kind of weather is Wonderful to Experience in the Late Evening through the Morning Hours, it is Deadly to Air Conditioning Systems as without the Moisture in the Air, Conventional A/C Units must work nearly Non-stop to Convey Heat from the Inside of a Structure to the Outside. Without Adequate Humidity, there's nothing to Conduct the Heat Away from the Outside Portion of the A/C, and as a Result Various Components of a System might Fail.

I was Fortunate in my Situation, and I have no Doubts whatsoever that Royce Plumbing, Heating and A/C have helped Preserve the Integrity of my Unit and in the Long Run have Saved me from Unnecessary Expense.

And although I had to wait a few days before they could come and Restore my Unit to Operation, I understand, because I am Aware that Sometimes the Needs of Others must take Priority over my own.
