I have used Jason Rider for another home and was so impressed with his thorough process and warranty that I would not use anyone else. They have a warranty included and take inventory of your appliances and email you monthly homeowner tips as well as any recalls on your appliances.

Derrick Quirin was exceptional! He is extremely knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and really quite extraordinary. We were buying a large, ~150 year old house which are complicated and large to inspect . He arrived early. He did not cut any corners or leave anything out. He made every effort to inspect even really tiny crawl spaces and plenty of hard-to-access areas. He is exceptionally well educated on all matters of building and inspecting. The guy was just the best!

I highly recommend this company. I wish that all building inspectors could be held to this standard. (I feel as if most inspectors take a weekend course at a local Holiday Inn and really have no idea of what they are doing. This is absolutely not the case with Realty Services Group. They know what they are doing, and they do it to an exceptional standard.)
