Editing to add to my original review: After my review was posted, we received a call from the installation manager and scheduled for our problems to be fixed. Two technicians were sent out and they reinstalled the vents to how they should’ve been installed the first time around.

If you are considering hiring work to be done by RSP and you actually care about the quality of work that is done, I would suggest looking elsewhere. We have had nothing but problems with our new units & duct work install that was done in May of 2024. To start, we had our old units serviced, we adored our service tech and he did a good quality job and made good suggestions to fix the issues we were having. It didn’t take long to get a salesman out here, we agreed on a course of action & got on the books to get all new duct work & an indoor & outdoor unit. Install crew took three days to get the job done, after that it didn’t take long before problems started arising. Vents falling out of the floor, using screws that were too long inside of the vents which poses a safety hazard, indoor unit not working correctly & an outdoor unit that had to be replaced after only 8 months of being installed. The quality of work we received is absolutely unacceptable, nothing was properly sealed leading to an increase in bugs, a musty smell & allowing moisture to come into our home which led to our sofa & a wooden dresser being ruined by mold… we had an extremely difficult time getting ahold of the install manager to schedule for his crew to come out & fix our problems, and the communication between the manager and his team is also a joke.. We finally got him out here to look at everything & we agreed upon a plan for the boots that were beyond repair to be replaced, different screws to be used and strap kits were to be put under the hard pipe to keep it from falling out of the floor. Here we are months later and we are STILL waiting for the team to come out to fix the problems that they created. We spent a lot of money for a job that looked like it was done by a bunch of 4th graders. How this company has so many five star reviews is beyond me, it must be coming from people who do not care about the quality of the work they’re receiving. I honestly cannot recommend this company to anyone and would HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere. Photos have been attached of 2/5 vents that fell from the floor and the screws that are too long inside of every single vent. Very very disappointing.

RSP was fantastic. From everyone in the office to everyone who came to my home. They explained everything upfront and ask if I had any questions or concerns. They were very efficient . I had crawl space done and attic insulation. I would highly recommend RSP for your next project!

My ancient furniture died just before a February cold front and snowstorm. I was referred to RSP by a family member, and I understand why they recommended them. Everyone I encountered from my first phone call to final install of my new furnace was wonderful, patient, trustworthy, and kind. They do high-quality work with extremely fair pricing. Hey guys, we have a new unit put in today. We had SHAWN and Chase and super Dave these guys were great. They cleaned up after themselves. They listen to me give them all kinds of crap all day. They showed me how to work everything they’re great. I would give them a 5+ and I’d give RSP a 5+ B smart use the good people yes it’s the crazy turtle lady. oh, I forgot to add Cory he’s the one that
sold us the unit. He’s a really good guy too.

RSP was a wonderful and thorough company to work with. I was hesitant to go forward with the job in general, due to previous quotes, but RSP was reasonably priced and super efficient. Josh made the overall experience by far the best and I highly recommend him for anyone. Both Kyles and Keith I dealt with during the installation process took the time to walk around with me and make sure everything was up to my standard, as well as relaying their knowledge and experience to me. I will not hesitate to call them again if needed, and everyone else should give them a chance as well!

Our A/C went out and we called RSP on a Friday at 4:00, they came out on a Saturday morning we found out we need a whole new indoor and outdoor unit the sales manager came and met with us within an hour after the service tech left everybody was very professional and friendly. Lisa brought us a portable A/C to use in the mean time while we wait for ours to get fixed. Everything was ordered and came in by Tuesday and Shawn, Chase, and Dave came Wednesday morning to start installing our new units. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this buisness for any future projects and will deff be using them for anything that comes up hopefully nothing else major comes up.
