If I could give a zero I would. Walked in to make a payment this morning the young lady had a whole attitude. I will make payments online. Who goes to work with an whole attitude working in customer service. I was completely turned off this morning. The front of the office the office is where the mission and the vision of the company starts. As I always say it's the people and not the company. I pray and hope this young lady day got brighter, as this is the season for joy. You never know what people go through and to treat people like that was unacceptable for you as an adult and wrong to represent the company who pay you for awesome customer service.

I'm with the Glass Doctor of Tuscaloosa and use Rumsey for our dumpster service. It is so nice to call and actually speak to someone whom by the way is always so friendly and helpful. If they say they are going to do something... they do! We have had to ask for extra pick-ups on occasion and they have always sent a truck promptly. Great service

I was very disappointed with the driver . Hit my post coming out of my driveway. Didn't have the decency to email me or call me . Things can be fixed or replaced. I'm appalled that the driver did not report it. I had to roll the camera back to see. This isn't the first time that a driver hasn't disrespected our property. I try to show people grace because of the economy, and everyone needs a job. Now that the driver has disrespected our property a couple of times now. Next time, gloves off. Im sick of this clown performance. I have had to deal with this company. No more.

I have rented from Rumsey twice. The first time they did not give me a specific day/time of when they would retrieve my rental. They did show up, but several days later. I finally called because I was worried they would charge me extra. This time they came before 8am and I had not been notified to be there to unlock my gates. I live an hour away. I was told they would have to charge me $125 extra to come back. I waited around all day, finally to be told I would have to return the next day to let them in. I am disgusted. I do not recommend this company.

This company violates all city ordinances and are the most unprofessional people, company and services I have ever experienced. I am not a person that posts on reviews at all, this however, is warranted.

This company is supposed to pick up our complex’s garbage after 6 am in the morning. To not ramble, the management team has called and emailed this company over the past year about correcting this. My husband and I work and their trucks continuously come between 2:15 - 4:15 am. They are in violating many ordinances and their contract is going to keep going for a bit more. Nothing more to do but post this in essence to warn people of their continuing incompetence and no regard for residents, bylaws and contractual agreements.

Great service and very diligent! They were on time and the rates were great. Would have left 5 stars but their driver was hideous. Can’t win them all!

We are building a house and needed a porta potty. One was delivered and sat on the side of the road. Our builder requested it in the yard away from the road. They never came and moved it, so we decided to go with Spankys and told them to pick ours up. That was 3 months ago and it’s still sitting in front of my house. We have called several times to get it removed. They refuse to pick it up. We are not paying and I’m not sure why they would want to leave it for free, but we just can’t get them out to pick it up. Very unprofessional to just leave something on someone’s property for months without their permission.
