Yesterday 11.30 am check in she talk in line in waiting but wait 5 hours he coming 5 pm sorry tomorrow morning loading I am coming in 8am coming I am waiting in30 minutes main gate entrance wait but 8 .30 after checking no loading start I will go come to talk he working in phone play with game I am wait no talk to me I can come back

They don’t open till 8am they want open gates till then. For your pickup number it’s only a two or three debit number like 98 or 101 something like that. If yiu don’t have it you will wait a while. Also make sure you dispatch or broker has your right truck plate number and trailer number they are strict here. Because if not correct when you check in you will wait two or three hours before they even put you in door until everything is correct. Make sure trailer is clean and no holes they will check and if it’s dirty or see thru your floors they will reject you after you waited. Didn’t happened to me but saw it with two drivers. No overnight about three trucks at gate that’s it. But do have facilities in check in area

I've been fortunate to collaborate with Vince from Runergy on two Solar Careers Networking events for teachers. He is a great speaker and very reliable. He also generously provided discarded solar panels to take with me to K-12 school outreach events, helping to inspire the next generation about renewable energy. It's great to see this industry in Huntsville!

I sat 1 hour before they would even open the gate. It took hours before the lady got my paperwork. Plan on being there a while. This place is run like a cluster. Extremely disorganized!

This place is really good for delivery because the staff is so kind and they did unload me in just 1 hour.
Gates open after 7 AM.
It was really good experience and nice to meet you all.

Too many changes being made as soon as your hired your schedule changes. Politics and ethics are deplorable. No job security at all. They've been there over 2yrs an still don't have a full staff due to the turnover rate, and decisions made from outsideinfluencethat doesn't know the area or culture. Just horrible place with horrible management including HR, just ran very badly. Not to mention scatterbrained communication and intolerant to mixed couples and womanizing employees get a leg up. I mentioned a concern for my wifes well being and became a target. Obvious personal experience but definitely wasn't the only one that noticed. Call me a whistleblower, but right is right, and wrong is wrong. Stand for something.
