Rural Fuels installed a new boiler for me just before the Thanksgiving holiday. I have been a customer of there's since 2008 and will be for many more. Brian the sales person/Installer was as professional as they come. He and his assistant we're very clean, friendly and they did an outstanding job. I’ve been using Rural Gas for propane heat and hot water since I converted in 2010. They always provided great service and fair pricing, but this week (below freezing), they helped me out in a big way. Our water heater shut down, needing a new part - and they jumped on it. But after realizing the part is no longer available, they quickly offered to install a completely new unit, at cost. The job was done the next day and we back with hot water. Over the top, great experience, and I strongly recommend.

Rural Fuels did an excellent job replacing our oil tank. Brian got ahold of us right away about the leak in our tank and was very professional and efficient about replacing it quickly. His team did an amazing job with installing it and cleaning up all the debris after they were done. All in all an excellent job! I would highly recommend them to anyone! 🙂

After 60 years it was time to replace the oil tank located in the crawl space. Brian was very knowledgeable about the process, offered possible alternatives, answered all my questions and generally left me with a VERY positive feeling.

After receiving additional consultations and quotes we decided to go with Rural Fuels. Their quoted price, while competitive, was slightly higher than some others. But Rural Fuels was willing to salvage the nearly ¾ of a tank of my oil, leaving about 15 gallons that would have contained the old sludge at the bottom. That amounted to about $500 that I would NOT have to spend if I went with the competition. There is also a $500 rebate that Brian told me about that others did not.

The work was done in one day. The workmanship could not have been better. Corry was extremely professional and was clearly a perfectionist, making sure that the installation was perfect and everything was “straight” and aligned. He took extra pains to ensure that everything was clean and odor-free as possible. I could go on describing more detail of exactly how his workmanship stood out, but I think you get the idea.

I have used Rural Fuels to service my oil and propane heating equipment with equally positive feelings. I would absolutely recommend Rural Fuels for propane and heating oil service.

I just became a new home oil delivery and equipment service customer and I could not be happier with the personal attention given by Rural fuels and my account manager Ronnie. I locked in at a great price. I was lower on oil than I had initially told them so when I called Monday am in a panic Ronnie had a technician out to my house that afternoon to do the initial inspection and I had an oil delivery within a day or so. Highly recommend them!

I’ve been a long standing client for automatic propane delivery and just had a heat pump installed in my rental cottage.
