They changed their very busy schedule to accommodate us.They were very friendly, very professional, very clean, very neat, and on time. Now we have a heater that is super quiet and works great. So, it started getting cold and my heater would not fire up. Instant unhappy wife 🙂 I called Rusher Air Conditioning (on a weekend BTW) and they sent a tech over to my house to investigate. They sent John, a super cool guy who was friendly, polite and funny. John immediately investigated that my heating unit was fine, but the thermostat had failed. He went to the truck, brought up anew thermostat and had it installed and programmed in less than 15 minutes!! He also gave me some helpful tips on some proactive maintenance I can do to make my heater last longer. Super cool. I highly recommend Rusher Air Conditioning to anyone withe heating or cooling issues.

Their technician Emmanuel came out on short notice, on a Saturday (during a heat wave!) and not only quickly fixed the problem, but went above and beyond to diagnose and fix and another potential issue that ultimately saved us money and prevented a much more serious problem that would have cropped up 6 months down the road. After 46 years I had to replace the boiler. John and Raul, the installers did a fantastic job.
