Power has been out for 14 hours now. No timeframe, no updates, not even a single truck or worker to be seen. Guess all the food in the fridge will have to be replaced due to the inept company that they are. But yet, the neighbors around me, not even an 1/8 of a mile away HAVE POWER. Get it together y'all.

This is the poorest excuse for a power company. I have never seen such terrible reliablility in my life. We just bought a house falling under this company and its terrible. 3 months of owning the house and the power has been out 8 times. 4 of those times for hours. (5-9 hours at a time). If youre thinking of getting a house that falls under this terrible power company. Think again and dont. They dont deserve to exist.

These outages seem to be getting longer and more frequent. The most irritating thing is that they never give you an estimate on the time to fix the problem on the voicemail and good luck trying to speak with real person. Communication seems to be poor on both internal and customer service sides.

Only giving one star because I have to. Our electric goes out anytime the wind blows hard!!! And it’s always out for hours!!! I have had to close my licensed daycare because the power had been out too long. I wish we could switch electric companies because I would in a heartbeat. Our power has been out at least 6 times in the last 4 four months for hours on end.

Have never experienced so many outages!!! And they last Hours at the least,!! I have a special needs daughter too. It wreaks havoc with her health. This time a couple days before Christmas. I don't wanna be anywhere else but in my own home for Christmas!!! Let alone the hospital!! When rough weather is forecasted why can't u make a plan, Rush Shelby! 😢

This is literally the worst service I have ever had. The power goes out all the time and they take forever to come out and fix anything!! I wish that we could have another electric company. If you can avoid this place, then I would at all costs because they will also send you threatening letters for “non payment” (Literally everyone on my street got these bogus letters). However, they can’t keep the electric on consistently 🙄. 0/10 do not recommend.

Garbage service been without power for almost 10 hours now people came out did nothing and nobody has been back since. Can’t get anybody on the phone either. The power goes out all the time and they take forever to get anything done. McDonald’s service is better than this
