RX-Sun worked with us to evaluate and then craft a customized solar + battery backup installation that was right for our location and roof space, given the presence of nearby trees. They then worked to get the local city council approval for the install, updating the plans as they discovered missing requirements that might have caused problems with council approval.

On the day of the installation, the roof team and electricians were all very knowledgeable about the work, several of the team having installed solar on their own homes. One of the electricians was able to personally walk me through the app and usage of the system based on his own personal experience of owning solar provided by RX-Sun as well.

There were some complications with our local electricity provider, Com-Ed, not showing up until it was dark outside, but RX-Sun returned to finish the install a couple of days later. Very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of the systems they installed.

Have been living with the solar for three months now, and it works great and is starting to produce more electricity than we consume (install was in December, so initial months were cloudy and short days).

Since the installation, the solar panel system has been performing flawlessly. Despite the initial concerns during the installation, the end result is a fully operational solar system that meets all my expectations. RxSun has proven their commitment to resolving any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
