Bo Farley and his team were very professional from day one to the conclusion of the project. They were very responsive and returned calls and messages timely, They kept us in the loop while dealing and negotiating with our insurance company and throughout the job. Bo was honest about the cost of the work and what would be our responsibility since the mold damage exceeded our insurance and he worked with us on it. We actually had more communication and responsiveness from Rytech than our at that time adjuster informing us of the process. This was all new to me ; Bo was awesome in explaining it all in layman’s terms so it made sense. They worked diligently to clean our home of moisture and mold which turned out to be some from water intrusion as well as other sources. Bo and his team went above and beyond for us. They even took it upon themselves to bring my husband’s lift chair to us. We truly appreciate all they did to help us through the first phase of restoring our home to an adequate and safe living environment. I give This company 5 stars because it doesn’t allow 10.

The team at Rytech were phenomenal in our time of need. Water damage of any sort is certainly inevitable living in Florida. We had a small water leak in our kitchen that created a large problem for us that ruined our cabinets and floor. We called Rytech and Bo quickly sent Gary, Rhett, and Juice to the rescue. They made every effort to make things right and I can’t thank them enough for making sure our home was safe and clean from harmful mold. Bo Farley and the entire Rytech team that came to my house (Hunter, Caleb, Matthew, and others) were all incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a slow pipe leak which caused water damage to my hardwood floors and all bottom kitchen cabinets. Upon removing cabinets mold was discovered. Rytech did a thorough mold and water remediation process and cleaned the effected area. They worked seamlessly with my insurance adjuster and communicated and updated me on the process frequently. Bo and his team lead by Hunter did an excellent job on our home in Northeast Florida. They were easy to work with and scheduling the initial evaluation was quick. They worked with my insurance company, making making the hassle of working with the insurance company transparent to me. The mold remediation and water damage cleanup was contained and efficient. They were even able to save some of my flooring for reuse, making putting my home back together even easier. Their follow-up was thorough and the area was left clean and ready for reconstruction.

Bo Farley and Rytech were referred to me by my mold and air quality inspector 1st Assured Inspections and Darren Bryant.
The mold levels in the house were astronomical, and so was Bo's response.
I live 3000 miles away from my Florida house and did most of the communication via text, phone and occasional email. However; I am familiar with the house's layout and maintenance history and issues.
Bo time and again explained his parts in the remediation process so I could make decisions that would lead to a successful job.
It was a whole house mold site, with flooring, bath fixtures, kitchen cabinets, water heater and some ceiling work needing removal and cleaning--no small project.
Bo kept me updated on work as it went along and, I let him know about work I had already scheduled. We conferred and colaborated with each other on this whole house project in a positive and productive way.
All of his crew were responsive to my questions, requests for infornation and verifications for completion of the work done.
Last, but not least, Rytech stuck to their quote for the job, even when their costs went over.

These guys came in with such confidence and knew what they were doing. I’ve never had a insurance claim before. I told them that and they said we got you. They put my concern at ease. They were very professional and respectful. I would recommend these guy to anyone. They cleaned up after them selves and left my house the way they found it. If I had a business I would hire these guys. They explained everything they were doing and it helped me understand what they were doing. Their names are Rhett Butler and Juice and their boss was just as good but he is a good man he just wanted his crew to get the respect they deserve I just have to say thank you and God bless you!! I am so thankful for Bo and Hunter and their professionalism and patience during my water damage cleanup. Having to deal with damage after pipes burst was a new and unpleasant experience but each day this company was a bright spot. They were patient as we asked question after question, thorough as they explained their drying process and gave us progress reports and we never felt like they were rushing away to do another job.
