Safe Haven Solar’s crew was beyond impeccable! Their company crew was polite, professional, and has amazing craftsmanship. They made our solar transition very easy. The batteries and panels that were installed are top notch and look amazing. Like I said their craftsmanship and professionalism outshined any company we’ve ever had work on our house.

We signed the contract at the end of June 2023... took them til January 2024 to actually get all installed with multiple people, multiple visits and multiple problems that were not their fault....over 2 months of waiting for PG&E to approve the turn on of our solar panels and still not on. Ohhhh yeah did I mention Justin the sales guy called the manager Lee and they promised to have it done in 12 weeks/3 months top! But at the 4 month mark, they claimed to not know about their promises and still have yet to complete our project. Don't make the same mistake we did, friendly they are but a book of excuses is all they have given us thus far.. hopefully management will call me and help get it done.... this year
