Safeguard Construction Company gave us a quality product for a reasonable price. Initially, we wanted to check for hail damage and if insurance would cover it. The first company that looked claimed damage and sent someone to get us to sign something. We didn't. That was a good thing, as the other 5 companies who looked did not find hail damage. Of those companies, Safeguard had the middle (median) estimate. We declined the cheapest as they used substandard materials, e.g. 15 lb paper instead of a synthetic water barrier. The next cheapest had very mixed reviews. Safeguard was the best (the highest offer was more than twice Safeguard's).
Installation day it was pouring down rain. Although it was forecast to stop in a few hours, they were very good about letting us cancel and reschedule the following week.
On installation day, the crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly until completing, just before dusk. They covered all our landscaping and did a great job on the installation. Cleanup was great. There was minimal roofing residue to be found in the days following the new roof. Absolutely no wayward nails.

I strongly recommend Safeguard Construction to anyone needing a new roof.

We are very happy with our new roof, siding and gutters. Communication was clear and workers protected our landscaping area well as discussed before the job. Our siding was rescheduled once due to a weather but we were put back on the schedule the following week , no big deal. Igor was our representative. Highly recommended them.

Safeguard replaced my siding and roof. Within a year, pieces of the siding were coming undone and had to be fixed.

Safeguard did not adequately install flashing on the roof, and now I have extensive damage to the sheathing and subfloor along one side of my house.

They refuse to take responsibility and have said they will not even come out to review the damage without charging me $250 upfront.

Unless you hate money and love property damage, I’d stay away from Safeguard.

If you want a professional to assist you with your window needs you need to speak with Obed Perez. He will listen to you and provide you with many options that will suit your specific need. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He will not try to sell you anything you dont want or need. He definitely puts the customer first.
