I had an upcoming apt. That was scheduled after a planned trip from NC to TX. My wife was concerned about the safety of our windshield that had a major crack from a rock pop. I stopped in to the Safelite location in Little River SC ( where I had the repair apt.) to get some assurance we would be good to go. The manager would not look up at me. I asked him if he would take a look at the windshield and he said he did not need to. I asked that he kindly come out and look at it and ease my wife’s concern. Not looking up he said NO that he saw it when we pulled in from the road. I told him I had an apt. On 10/21 which he said I didn’t. He said that was the date of the next available apt. I asked if he could confirm if he would be able to get the 2024 Lexus OEM windshield. Not ever looking up he said someone would contact me if they couldn’t. Needless to say I called another company and they were very helpful and have the replacement scheduled 2 days later. I WILL NOT be using Safelite ever. New jingle ? Safelite is RUDE, Safelite don’t care ?

I’m gonna tell you now Matthew was the best he stayed in contact with me he came out actually earlier than expected and some people need to understand some of these guys should get tips for their hard work and I gave him a nice tip I believe he’s out of the little river North Myrtle Beach area

The Safelite Auto Glass at 4370 Sea Mountain Hwy, Little River SC is the place to go for all your vehicle glass needs. The staff is very knowledgeable about their work. Took my auto in for what looked like a windshield replacement. However, after the staff looked at it they said they can fix it and not replace the windshield. That saved a few hundred dollars for sure. The repair did not take long at all. The good thing is if the windshield should need replacing save your receipt and that amount is taken off the new window purchase. What an awesome way to operate. I have used Safelight in other states as I have travelled and they are all the same. Nice people wanting to do the right thing for you

They came out and greeted me before my actual appointment (I was 10 min. early), and took my vehicle into the shop after they inspected it. I was told it would be about 30 minutes, for the repair, and it was exactly that. The service tech was kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
