Short version for the below, Sailfish Solar has excellent customer service and follow-thru...
I reached out to Mike, the owner of Sailfish Solar, for a question regarding the software of our system. During the hurricane our home had some sort of a power surge unrelated to our solar system. Mike promptly called me back, logged into our system and established quickly that the software would establish connection the following day, but the solar system was indeed working properly. The following morning, Mike called first thanking and told me that the software was up and running properly. I checked, indeed it was and showed what was missing from the previous day of the hurricane.

Sailfish Solar facilitated the solar installation on our new home. They did an initial site survey and analysis of our ability to have and produce sufficient solar energy for our home. Mike Antheil, owner, was involved in the entire process, from site survey, proposals (their pricing was below and in line with their competitors), explanation of the different type of solar products, permitting, installation, final approvals and coordination with Florida Power and Light. He promptly took my calls and responded to our questions with the entire process. Once the system was up and running, he showed us how to use the app to monitor how well our system is performing. Our last months power bill was $8.55. We are extremely pleased with Mike, Sailfish Solar, and our solar system.

Thanks so much to Sailfish Solar for a great solar installation! When we decided to buy solar panels, we searched for a local solar installer who we felt would be around for the long-run and who could bring real expertise to our unique solar project. Our tile roof and our Tesla cars in addition to some other home electrical needs of the house required something more than the typical solar door-knocker company who might be here one day and gone the next. In our research, Sailfish Solar clearly stood apart of the rest, and they delivered exactly as promised. We will be looking at batteries next as the prices come down and for now it is great to have a Solar Powered Tesla!
