Sam's Air and Heat is outstanding. We were having issues with our heat this week. Kian showed up and had it diagnosed in minutes. He corrected work that was done incorrectly by another company and everything is working perfectly. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend using Sam's. You won't be sorry.

I submitted a request for an appointment at 9 pm. I immediately got a text. They looked at my photos I submitted on line and told me what to do to ensure I didn’t make things worse. They scheduled me the next day. They communicated, were prompt, courteous and showed me what wrong, corrected it and finished within an hour. Outstanding!!!

Kian showed up on time once again. He checked the thermostat to see what the problem was. He explained my choices of how to fix the thermostat or replace it with a new more efficient up to date thermostat. Again, he answered all questions and proceeded to install the new thermostat. True professional and very friendly person to speak with. Rates were very, very reasonable. Once again work was done fast, correctly and with no new issues. Definitely will be using Kian again and again as my HVAC guy for all of my future AC/Heater issues and tune ups. A +++++ across the board.

We were installing a Nest thermostat to upgrade what we had in the house we recently bought. We couldn't get it to work, and needed help. Friend of mine tried to help and we got it running somewhat, but we still kept our appointment to see if we got everything wired correctly. Kian was prompt in replying and got to our house sooner than we anticipated. He was very understanding and polite. He did confirm we had everything wired correctly. He even suggested equipment that we can purchase to help with the cooling for the other rooms. Overall an excellent experience on shirt notice too! I recommend and will call again if we ever need servicing.

I was recommended to Sam by one of his co-workers. He did a great job for a professional office building. I hired several other contractors before him and they were not able to solve my problem. Sam is very personable and he is an expert in HVAC systems. He fixed my duct work to make things more efficient and upgraded my A/C unit. We even added a UV based filter system and a Honeywell wireless touch system. Everything is working great. I definitively will use him again in the future. Thanks Sam!
