I absolutely love coming to this Sam's Club with my family! The store is always clean, stocked. I find great clearance and sales, food is good, and staff is friendly and always welcoming. Special shout out to Barb, who my small kids know by name & always get excited to see. She’s awesome! As well as the other staff that are a pleasure to see - Nick, Rocky, twin sisters, food staff, etc. Looking forward to my next visit!

We haven't been much since all the updates and moving things around. I was struggling to find a few items, and Taylor did such a nice job helping me locate them. She has kind and polite and even helped me navigate the scan and go ap so I didn't have to wait in such a long line. She was such a huge help!

I like the prices, selection was great, but quality of some of the clothing and home goods was not up to what I would expect for the price. It was a little messy, and employees seemed stretched thin. Parking was a little hellish, but maybe that's just because it was a Sunday?
They had sushi, which was well priced and Costco does not carry, and thier bakery cakes had TONS of options to order which was a plus. Tons of different gift cards, and they were discounted.
A lot of Mexican items I normally don't see in bulk which I liked, tons of my favorite tortillas, cakes, etc.
If the employees, parking, and organization were slightly better it would be five stars, but I would definitely still recommend!

I used to shop at Sam’s club for years and also in my younger years my parents used to bring me once a month, great years but sadly after 40 yrs coming to Sam’s club it’s time to start supporting Costco the same way Costco is supporting our people during this difficult times! To all Hispanics, to all immigrants please stop supporting Sam’s and Walmart all together, they don’t want us our business but very happy take our hard earned money. No more, absolutely no more!

The employee at the customer service station was very unprofessional. She was having a personal conversation with another customer while there was two of us waiting in line. She saw us standing and did nothing to tell the customer at her station that she had others waiting. Then when she called the customer in front of me, she told her well she is old and has no one to talk to. Ummm i get that but also do your job. As someone who works in customer service I tell my people I’m unable to speak at the moment as I have other customers and apologize. Or if the gossip was that juicy she should have pulled her to the side and told her to wait until she took care of her other customers. It just amazes me how she kept the conversation going even when seeing us there and didn’t care about our time.

Always great value for your money. I especially like scan and go. No waiting in line, no checking receipts. Shop put them in the basket and walk out. Best invention in the shopping industry in the last 100 years.

You need to be sure that you are exactly precisely on the dot if you ever wanna get gas because the moment it hits 9 o’clock, they shut off all the gas and tell you to beat it. Hopefully Shell will beat their prices so that way they will never make a cent again. I’m done with this junk.
