I've been a loyal customer of Samsung for 15+ years. To keep it short 1 of 3 flat screen TV ( 55 inch flat screen) I purchased within 3 years malfunctioned and the bottom left hand side started to darken. I never had an issue with their products before. Customer service was horrible. The rep said she couldn't help me because it's past their warranty period and the only thing she could offer was the phone number to their repair team and sounded annoyed when I asked questions she couldn't answer. Also seemed I was being rushed off the phone. Well guess I'm upgrading to a superior brand in TVs . Just saying they lost a loyal customer over pennies. Gives me an excuse anyways to buy the latest OLED TV from their competitors.
