We started with JC WIFI and they sold to Sand Prairie, we have had service through them for about 10 yrs.. We used to have really good service with these guys. The service has gone down hill. We will put a call into maintenance and not get a call back. Recently a wind storm took out the tower that we were using and they decided it wasn't cost efficient to repair it, so now we are without internet. They didn't call us we called them several times to get answers as to why we have no internet and then they let us know. I feel that is very shitty. We are very limited in the area that we live as to internet providers. Again the service used to be great, but now no one cares about the ones out in the boon docks. We can't get a supervisor to call us back. Very disappointed in the service and how they handled this! I guess us country people don't matter.

Not available on 84 south of Hanover. It's more important to provide service to Galena and Elizabeth than it is to current electric customers. I'm tired of hearing the technology is not available. JC WIFI was able to do it 15 years ago.
Here we are 5 years later and still can't provide service to my house.

Took a hot minute to get hooked up due to scheduling issues. Ours has been in for almost a week and no issues. Our neighbors are having issues with some apps though. Apparently the company has a foreign or overseas IP address. That I definitely don't understand.

First 24 hours in, and I can say that I am much happier with it over mediacom.

The tech didn't have the right equipment at first, because the street I live on doesn't have the standard box. However, they still managed to get me hooked up that day by calling in another tech to bring what was needed.

Service is terrible. Spotty at best. We are paying for the fastest service they offer and we still can’t stream anything consistently. It’s very frustrating to pay so much for internet and not be able to even use it. Customer Service is unavailable over the weekend so if you’re having problems too bad!

Had it for months now, we've never had any issues, we watch netflix, youtube, and lots of online gaming. When we first got our xbox1 it did take its time downloading the first game. Other than that, it's been affordable and reliable. I recommend it all the time.

My internet has been out for four days. Not very convenient when you work from home. I waited on hold for ten minutes only to be cut off on several occasions. I would not recommend this company.

If you have a problem with your service good luck. Subsidized company’s don’t care about customers.
