Went to your warehouse in Gilbert. Santan had my two 410 watt Tier 1 panels on a forklift waiting before I could even get back to the loading area. Treated me like I had 200 hundred panels instead of only two. The young men that loaded me up,made sure the panels were well protected before I strapped them down. You guys rock!!

Due to your full-time customer support, and affordable products, we were able to complete a self-install on an off-grid project allowing us to be fully operational within one month of closing on the land, for apx 1/4 the price of hooking up to the grid.

Your panels, charge controllers, inverters and battery systems have held up through below-freezing and 100*+ conditions allowing us to provide year-round secure storage for our customers.

During installation, Austin and Dave at SanTan were able to give me real-time advice as I learned and installed the system personally. They are patient, polite and knowledgeable, allowing even the novice DIY’er the ability to install their own solar system with confidence.

Completed my solar project this week. SanTan has been great and very instrumental in final success of project. The place to go for a DIY'er. Jason helped setup my system, they provided detailed engineering drawings that breezed through my local county permitting department. Kevin and Rusty were very helpful with ordering and shipping. Bob the owner got involved when Solarever had supply issues with the last ten panels, very proactive. The system is a two array ground racked (unusual for a DIY'er to do).

For our first interactions with the folks at SanTan Solar, we have been pleasantly surprised! These days it is hard to find good competent service. We traveled from 3 hours away and were delayed by an accident on the freeway and showed up around 25 minutes before closing. Our sales rep Ethan was friendly and helpful, answering our questions and even following through the following day with some requested info on their new mini-split equipment. We purchased a smaller off-grid package that evening and Hunter, Ramses and Rusty along with Ethan stayed a bit after hours to help us get it loaded onto our packed truck! Thank you guys, you give SanTan Solar a better reputation with each effort you make to go above and beyond. To top it off, all our used Solar panels so far have tested out to produce close to the claimed voltage on the original labels. I own a small General Contracting business and definitely plan to refer business and continue to do business whenever possible.

Hello, my name is Ralph Pacuinas. I purchased an EG4 24k Hybrid Mini-Split system from SanTan Solar in September 2024. Due to a simple mistake in my DIY install I managed to short out my new system and contacted Dave at SanTan Solar with the express purpose to purchase a replacement component that I needed to repair my new system. To my surprise, Dave reached out to EG4 and to my amazement was able to get a complete replacement system. I, of course, needed to uninstall my mini-split and return all the components to SanTan Solar, but in return was able to get a new system. Thank you, to Dave and EG4 for helping me out. I can recommend SanTan Solar's excellent customer service.

Rusty and Alex have been great I have been in the solar business for 50 years and have over 25,000 customers in 5 states and we have alot of aging modules and wind ,hail, lightning damage . You have had modules that fit and we can match into our customers PV Systems . I am a big advocate of recycling and reusing solar modules. Thanks for Your great service and assistance.
