Really appreciate the plumber coming out on an emergency call. Pipes froze and they had a cancellation so I got lucky w/ timing. No pipes burst. They charge by the hour & the hour starts when the driver leaves the station. The guy was here for maybe 20 minutes. Was charged $180.00. My call log shows the time he was "walking out the door", in Lebec. He arrived about 30 minutes later so it made sense- what is kind of upsetting is being billed for two hours, but I wasn't shocked. Just be AWARE of when they leave their office, as that's when they start to charge you. Thanks.

This company is a huge scam. We called to get our septic tanked emptied. The person helping us gave us a few dates that are open and we told her we will call her back as to what works best for us and so she can get our payment. A week later we get a call from them stating that the job was done and we have to pay them. We never received confirmation on a date nor did we agree on a day. They claim they came out when they never did. We were home that week. These people are disgusting to scam us in such way. And now they won’t give us the right to our documents from when our septic was last emptied when we were in escrow. They have no proof that they showed up. And we have video documentation that no one showed up.

These guys are great! They came the same day and helped us pump both our septic tanks when we only told them one for a really great price.
