Fran in the Office and Phillip have been amazing a home we purchased in wauchala required inspection- upon inspection was found the drain field needed to be repaired. The communication and understanding of the situation has been excellent and they have been so extremely helpful. Grateful to them

Amazingly fast service. Very honest that we might have to wait until next day, but our septic technician rang the doorbell before 1pm! We greatly appreciated the fast service as we've never had a septic before and weren't sure what the issue was. Thank you! Will recommend!!

Had water coming up into my toilets and shower. Property manager had me send this company out. They "pumped" it. Said nothing was in it that shouldn't be. Then proceeded to inform me that I needed my drain field replaced. I've since had a plumber friend come out and tell me they didn't find anything. I've now sent out a third party. I was told my drain field will last another 30 years. There were a few roots that needed to be broken up, but that was all. Not sure why they wanted to replace the entire drain field if it didn't actually need to be replaced. Hopefully was just a mistake made by the employee that was sent out. I would suggest having a second opinion before using this company.

Ms. Cici and Mr. Roy, you guys are heaven sent. My family is already ready to accept a weekend filled with sadness and doom because of our drain backing up. But you guys at Sapp, saved us. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this place. They got to us as quickly as they could even though it's the holidays, and we had a fully functioning septic system just in time for Christmas. The crew was nice and did their very best with the limited space they had to work with. We had a fence that had to be taken off for the machine to be able to fit through, which we were fine with, but then we came out and they had put it back up- and then put it up AGAIN because the wind knocked it over, and used more nails that time. We even got charged less than we were expecting, which was obviously an awesome surprise. Fran is such a doll too, the whole experience was just so pleasant and not stressful, which is hard to find these days.

We've been here in Sebring only 5 years.
The hardest thing here is finding people who will;
1) Answer the phone
2) Show up
3) Do the job right and in a timely manner.
SAPP Environmental checked all the boxes.
Jimmy and Danny did a great job.
When we called other septic companies or a pump out . We either had to wait days or they no longer did pump outs.
However the one thing they all had in common was to tell us to call SAPP.
We are glad we did. I'm pretty certain you will be too.
