I've had a storage unit here for over 4 years. It is clean and very well maintained. I closed out my unit and rented a pull behind trailer. The new manager made sure the trailer was hooked up correctly, the paperwork was all in order and that I could drive with the trailer safely. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was sorry to have to move my stuff north. I've had a great experience dealing with Scenic Self Storage.

Rented a unit today and it was super easy. Only took about 7 minute drive from Mesquite. The manager Christine was great. Very helpful and I saved money compared to the Storage place I called in Mesquite. Plus I got a move in special. Highly recommend Scenic Self Storage!

Calling the office can be frustrating, as there is only one person to handle multiple tasks. When no one is available to answer the phone, calls are forwarded to a calling center. Wait times can exceed 15 minutes and then it's often necessary for the office person to call you back, as the person at the calling center cannot resolve the problem or answer very many questions.
The office staff is excellent and resolves issues expeditiously and pleasantly once they are contacted.
IMHO it would be better to simply have an answering machine and not have to waste a person's time waiting for someone to take the call and then after a series of questions, not be of much help other than to take a message.

We paid a year in advance for our storage before the new company took over, and they didn't honor any payments made in advance, so we're paying double for our storage.
The new management also changed everyone's entry code without bothering to tell its customers.
