Please be aware! They will take your money! I purchase their Scentiment diffusion kit. I took it out of the box and the diffuser did not work... No light, no mist, not a sound. I tried several plugs, I tried troubleshooting, nothing worked! I contacted someone through email for several days then JJ tells me they do not give refunds if the product has been opened. REALLY! This was the only way for me to know the product is defected. It is sad they will just take my money like that! Sells me a defective product and no Refund! Also charges shipping to return. It's not right. I am really disappointed in this product and their process!

The room spray is so good! I’ve used different scents and they’re all fantastic. I love how they are able to be used on fabric and in the air. They’re not overpowering, but just the perfect amount of scent, and I love that it is made with natural ingredients. I also love their candles. I’m a big fan and will continue to buy from them. Great customer service too!

This company is stilling my money, I call then to cancel the subscription and return product and not only they didn’t refund my money but they also keep charging me for a product that I never order on the first place, be careful

Best candles I've found. They're absolutely perfect and smell amazing! The customer service is above and beyond, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I will never buy candles from big companies again. They cant compete with the handmade quality and details Scentiment provides.

I ordered one of the body butter candles and, let me tell you, it was more amazing than I imagined it could be! From the moment I opened the beautiful package, my house smelled WONDERFUL!! Everything was high quality from the packaging, the candle vessel, and the candle itself! I was one of the first orders so I received free samples and they were also to die for! Jamie is a wonderful soul who puts nothing but love and perfection into each hand poured candle. I also have family members who branched out to wax melts, room spray, and the cleaner and they have nothing but positive things to say! If you're shopping for smell goods, I highly recommend these products! She has an entire family of return customers!
