I had the good fortune of having Andrew Bledsoe as my representative while working out a lease with Engie Solar. Andrew went above and beyond the call of duty as to helping me navigate and understand the ins and outs of a solar lease. Scammers. Sending emails asking to buy property (that doesn't exist). Avoid at all costs. "I can assure you this is a credible inquiry" means it is anything but.

I can’t start by saying anything else except how impressed I’ve been by working with NLR, and specifically with Andrew.

Prior to being contacted by, and ultimately working with NLR, my mother and I had worked extensively with another solar company and had been contacted by several others about potentially leasing our land. Needless to say we had become familiar with practices (good and bad) and what to expect. We had reached a point that we knew what we would work with and what we wouldn’t. In all honestly we went into these conversations somewhat skeptically - as mentioned, we had been through a lot of them.

Within minutes of our initial call with Andrew, we were impressed. We had a list of points/questions that we wanted to address - he addressed all but a couple before I could even ask. Because of our prior experience, we knew what he was saying was honest and factual and that it what convinced us to work with them.

The communication with NLR has been outstanding - we’ve never had a question not answered. They are extremely knowledgeable and also very pleasant and personable to work with. We are actually thankful that prior projects did not work out because we ended up with NLR and the company they matched us up with.
