I had an incredible experience with Sea, Surf & Fun! Fabian was my instructor, and he was absolutely amazing. He’s extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and patient—perfect for someone like me who was nervous about trying surfing for the first time. He made the entire lesson fun and engaging, and he’s also super friendly and easy to talk to.

The location was perfect, especially for beginners like me. It felt very safe but still exciting to surf. And to top it all off, there was a seal surfing the waves nearby, which made the experience even more magical! Highly recommend Sea, Surf & Fun and Fabian if you’re looking for a safe and enjoyable surfing lesson.

We had an amazing experience with Sea Surf Fun Company in Half Moon Bay! Fabien was an exceptional coach for our 8-year-old son. His patience, expertise, and ability to make learning fun were truly impressive. Fabien ensured that our son felt safe and confident in the water, and his teaching methods were both effective and enjoyable. By the end of the lesson, our son was standing up on the board and catching waves on his own. We took a surf lesson as a family. Fabien was able to adjust to the different athletic abilities and needs of your family. The equipment was great and clean. He was friendly and professional. I hope next summer my daughter will be able to attend surf camp with his school.

Fabien is a talented and effective teacher. He taught 3 teenage boys this past weekend and they each caught long rides. He was conscientious about when the best conditions would be and his communication was very prompt and polite. The boys now think they can go alone, but I would prefer a couple more lessons! I tried e-foil, it was a fun and different experience and I really recommend it!
The spot is quiet and very convenient, the equipment is like new and high quality and after getting all the proper instructions about the equipment handling and safety recommendations we were off on the water.
Fabien's explanations were precise and simple and even though I never rode an e-foil before and I could fly on water on that day and also get a good workout!
I had plenty of time enjoying the rides and I absolutely loved it and will do it again!

I had a lesson with Fabien and had such a great experience. Both him and his wife were super friendly and made the experience feel more relaxed and fun. This was my third lesson and he helped me learn how to read the waves and try and catch a few waves on my own. I hadn’t been out in the water in about a year but with his teaching I was able to successfully ride most of the waves. I felt confident enough that I went out and bought my own board and wetsuit right after! Super glad I went here, gave me the skills and the confidence I needed to go on my own. Definitely recommend going here for lessons!

There aren’t enough good things to say about my experience, had a great time, the instructor was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Would absolutely recommend going here for surf lessons. I had never even put on a wetsuit or stood on a surf board till the day of my lesson and was able to at least stand up a few times by the end of the lesson. 10/10 recommend!
