My auto bill didn't go through for whatever reason. No call, no email, no notice. Just came and disconnected over $73 past due. Never missed a payment in 7 years. Companies like this will be the death of the democratic capitilist system.

Seco sent a company (honeywell) to change my meter to a eco meter. 2 people come to my house rip the box open and pull the meter out. No warning or anything. I was watching TV when they changed the meter and knocked the power out. They put a new meter in. Power comes back on. My Subwoofer and soundbar no longer work. Working when I was watching TV then they pulled the power and its Fried. Span of 5 min. I send in a claim. They send the claim to honeywell and they deny it. 😆 🤣 companies are getting worse and worse. Zero customer care. Take responsibility for issues or damages you caused. Ill eat the loss. Beware! hopefully doesn't happen to anyone on a washer/dryer or big appliance. You won't get any help. Rant over.

Today in our time and age electricity should be a much needed necessity like water and having roof over your head. When a company is a monopoly they stop carrying- Maybe just maybe our politicians would start carrying for the public and stop kissing corporation butts. Vote them all out and vote for those that will care and do something like bring competition in. We the tax payer paid for the inforstruture so it should very affordable energy

Forgot to pay my power bill for one week and they where already sending notifications that if not paid by today they would disconnect my power. So quick to turn off power so they can charge you a re connection fee. I tried to add a card for auto pay but they will only accept checking accounts for auto pay. Which I do not feel comfortable providing. We use credit cards as a added layer of security. It was very disappointing to see how quickly they are willing to pull the plug on a customer. Must be difficult for families struggling with rising costs of living, meanwhile the big companies show no mercy and are quick to turn off your power in Florida, without asking if there is anything they can do to help.

I’ve had service with SECO for 6 years. Very reliable and hardly experience outages. My service is underground as well. I might be a little biased given that I also work for SECO as well. I can truly say that we do our best to help the members and they treat employees like family. Truly a blessing to work for a company like SECO, I’ve learned so much over the years and grown professionally as well. I’m moving in 2 weeks and just knowing I won’t be serviced by my company anymore makes me extremely nervous. I will miss SECO energy!

Every number I call it tells me restrictioned code. So now because I can't get thru I'm going to be late paying and charged More money because you can't get your web site right. Not far at all fix the problem please. A's a long time customer I just can't believe this. Sincerely Bonnie Fleming

I just set up a second account with SECO and had the best experience speaking with Angelica. She was absolutely a joy to work with. I've trained many employees on phone etiquette and I can tell you- she was perfect.
Good job SECO for hiring such a pleasant and obviously intelligent employee!

I have to mention that my bill is about 1/4 the cost of California power. Thanks for that also!!
