Horrible customer service. Horrible service. Hockey game on ESPN is blurry and freezes up constantly. Find a different provider. Please look at all of the Horrible reviews. I am not alone in my frustration with this company.

Not good internet at all, as a matter of fact, secom is so bad as a internet provider, that they actually function as a gay bar. Had a technician come out to fix my issues and he kept trying to crank my hog, and tongue punch my fary box.

SECOM is awful. Outages at least once a month. Internet connection is very unreliable. If there were better options available we would switch. Perhaps someday someone actually competent will run SECOM and make it what it should be. Just because we live rural, doesn’t mean we should have to deal with shoddy internet connection.

After the equipment was upgraded the service became slightly better. But my video game experience varied vastly. Sometimes my latency would spike to 1300. I had the highest speed package available 100mbps even though no pc in my housr would connect faster than 52mbps. That will disconnect you from game servers. I recently canceled to go with starlink. Their service is much faster/better. Worth the price of equipment to save the headache. My speeds now with starlink are anywhere from 200-450 mbps. No more disconnecting from games. Or latency variations packet bursts etc.... soo glad we broke up.?
