We had a fantastic experience renting mountain bikes from Bike and Bean! The bikes were in great shape and well-maintained, which made for a smooth and enjoyable ride. They made it so easy by letting us do an evening pick-up, perfect for our early morning ride to Devil's Bridge. The staff went above and beyond, helping us install a bike rack on our van and even loaning us a bike lock. Their service was top-notch, and they gave us great trail recommendations that made our ride even better. Highly recommend Bike and Bean for anyone looking to explore the trails around here!

I didn’t have a reservation and they were happy to hook me up with a ebike rental for the day. I was in and out within 15 minutes and I had a great day exploring multiple trails all throughout Sedona. I brought the bike back with several areas of torn skin and bloody, they generously let me clean up and dress my wounds. Kind people. Thanks for being friendly host to a tourist.

Tim, Randy, Alex and the team at Bike & Bean made our holiday. We travelled from NZ for the amazing riding around Village of Oak Creek. Months out from our arrival, the super helpful/friendly emails had us set up on great bikes with lots of extra local information. Nothing was too much trouble, before or after our arrival - bikes were modified, serviced regularly, additional gear was lent to us etc.

The shop became our base-station post-ride lounge with great coffee, great chat, magazines and a huge leather sofa to recover on!

Well done Team B & B! We hope to make it back sometime. And our door is always open to you if you make it down here.

While visiting Sedona last week, we stopped in here a couple times for afternoon coffee. The owner, Tim, helped us and really made our visit so pleasant. He's such a nice guy and had a smile on his face the whole time. Always love supporting small businesses who do a great job!

I got to Bike & Bean shortly after it opened at 8am on a Wednesday. The only reason I chose them was that they opened an hour earlier than the other shops. I was glad I ended up there. I asked about a bike I had seen available on the website and the tech told me it was available, but there was another option which I liked even better for the same price. He set up the sag perfectly for my weight. He then gave me detailed information about trails, including using different colored highlighter pens on a map to show beginner and intermediate levels. I asked him about parking, specifically the safety of their parking lot. I had a bunch of valuable equipment in my van that would be parked there all day. He assured me the lot was safe, as well as patrolled by security, and gave me a parking pass to put on my dash for the day. The bike itself turned out to be really great, well maintained and tuned well to my height and weight. The shifting was flawless and even had me wanting to upgrade my own bike once I returned home. I rode the Bell Path mainly, but also found Little Horse and hiked/biked out to Chicken Point. In my opinion, Chicken Point is mandatory for anyone interested in mountain biking in Sedona. The reason being the famous White Line. Getting there was not easy, but once I did it was well worth it. I should mention that before I saw White Line in person, I had it on my bucket list to ride it. After seeing it in person from Chicken point, there is NO WAY I would go anywhere near it. No one else attempted the White Line while I was there either, but I am glad to say I at least scoped it out. In total I did about 12 miles of riding (and hiking) and spent about 5 hours on the trails. For comparison I will mention that I mountain bike 5-6 days a week, averaging 18-25 mile rides here in California, at my normal elevation. I mention this because after 5 hours in Sedona heat and elevation and only 12ish miles, I was completely toast, and my legs were barely useable. This was exactly what I had wanted. This brings me to my advice- 1. bring water! 2. bring sunblock! Reapply it every 90 minutes! 3. wear UV protective clothing (I have plenty for my normal biking) 4. Take breaks and don’t push it too hard. ? I brought back the bike around 2pm and the shop was a bit busier than it had been in the morning, but the dropoff process was easy anyway. The tech inspected the bike and gave it the all clear. I had purchased the $10 insurance, but ended up not breaking anything, but it was worth it as I know that commonly broken items (levers, pedals) cost more than $10 to replace. I got a copy of the rental form with the inspection approval just to be safe. In total it cost around $91, and was worth every penny. The staff was nice, knowledgable, and helpful- even telling me about a cheap fix for my shifting on my personal bike back home. I was very happy with my experience at Sedona Bike & Bean, and will go straight back to them for my next bike rental in Sedona.

Sedona Bike & Bean not only has great coffee but also great staff who will go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of.

I purchased one of their retired rental bikes for a very fair price. But the rear shock had a small leak and needed to be rebuilt. The worst part is I live out of town!

No problem, I reached out to the owner, and within a few days, I had mailed the shock back to them and received it, good as new. With zero hassle.

I would 100% recommend this shop for rentals, purchases, or repairs. . . And coffee!
