Nyo is a gem in the heart of Sedona. If you truly are a seeker of healing not just your body, but your mind and soul, she will take care of you. Her teachings will leave you feeling amazing and you will be equipped with education to continue your journey. Highly recommend over a $300 spa massage if you desire something deeply tailored to what your soul needs and not what your brain thinks it wants.

For health, healing, and inspiration, I went on a trip to Sedona
I found out about this place after surfing the web.
It was my first massage.
I always had severe head pain and shoulder pain.
Poke only where it hurts and massage it intensively. I'll ask why
She explained it to me.
You said I'm cold inside and warm outside
After that, she also advised me on how to take care of it and what food is good for me. It was a new experience.
She massaged me carefully and carefully looked at my body.
I was inspired and healed by her massage.
Please get a mirror touch massage when you go to Sedona.
You will know when you receive that her mirror touch is different from other massages.

Nyo is a very genuine person. She is passionate about helping people feel better, mentally and physically. I noticed a major difference physically after one session with Neo for which I thank her dearly. She gave me a homework as well and few remedies.

You will receive more than a great massage with Sedona Nyo. She will put you on a path toward long-term health. I was fortunate to have three sessions while visiting Sedona. The massages were excellent and very effective. Her instructions on breath work, nutrition and exercise were also very helpful.
