They waterproofed my home on Pocono Lakes, Pa and the mold has returned. I have been for the past week leaving messages for someone to call me back. Their message is "we are open from 7:30 to 3:45 Monday to Friday, we are closed for a staff meeting, leave a message and we will get back to you". I have been leaving messages everyday and no return call.

Seitz Environmental have done two jobs for me and I was very happy. I purchased a 30 year warranted commercial dehumidifier for my basement. It must be serviced every year to the tune of $250. I have called them repeatedly in the past month for my service and have not received one call back

I used Seitz Environmental Services to remove mold from my crawlspace. They also added a sump pump, they encapsulated the entirea area and they installed a dehumidifier. The team of guys working at my home were all great. Communication with Gina in their office was also great. The entire project turned out great. I highly recommend Seitz Environmental Services!

In the process of buying a new house, when it was discovered we had a mold situation that needed to be corrected before we could complete the home buying process. Contacted Seitz and they wrote up a proposal and was able to have my work completed within 2 weeks (delay not on Seitz, but with negotiations). They were very courteous and on time. Did a terrific job for me. Left my basement clean when they were finished. I let my basement door open when I went to work, and they locked up at the end of the day when they were done.

Bought another house a couple of years a go. Last summer was the third wettest year since they have been keeping records. Every other day I was looking to see if I had water in my basement. I kind of understand how it works but I had a water system put in my basement and have had a dry basement ever since. NOT A DROP. I don't even check my basement anymore when it rains hard. It has been almost a year. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I am so pleased with their work and would recommend to anyone.

Had high hopes that this company could help me deal with my dank spaces, water in basement, mold remediation, possible encapsulation of spaces. Also wanted to give a local, small company, some business. Spent a pleasant two hours with Seitz’s rep, at my property, going over multiple problem areas. The rep seemed professional and competent and confident that they could offer me solutions. We agreed that I would wait to hear back from them with some approximate pricing.
After two weeks of no word, I called Seitz’s office to remind them of my interest in the work. No one got back to me. After three weeks I called again to express my interest and ask that if they were not interested in the work, to simply let me know. I got no response. After four weeks I called to find out what the deal was. No response. I called back several days later for answers and finally received a call back from the receptionist. She gave me the very disappointing news that after all this fuss, they were not interested in doing the work. Wow, could you waste more of my effort and time?
Very surprised and disappointed in this company.
Such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior!
