4 years after having these solar panels, these panels are NOT worth it.
When they were sold to us, we were told these panels would produce more than enough to cover our electric. This was such a lie. We still have a $40 electric bill in addition to our solar payment!
Our bill is double what it was before we had solar.
They also installed a new water heater when they installed the solar. This water heater doesn’t even produce enough hot water for only 3 people living here.
Our neighbor used this company and their home insurance was CANCELED due to this solar!
We have both voiced our concerns to this company and nothing has been done.

We had SEM install our solar system about 2 years ago, and since then it has worked fantastically! The team (Ben, Mike, and others) were a pleasure to work with and were quick to answer our questions and help us through the whole process, and are even still answering random questions 2 YEARS later! 6 of my neighbors bought through them after we did and had the same experience of knowledgeable & courteous staff working to make buying solar much easier than we expected! Thank you SEM Power!

Most homeowners want to believe that every cent placed back into their home will be cost effective and make a difference.

I purchased an arrayed system from Mike Barger (SEM Power Jax) in 2019 and it has been one of the best decisions that I could ever have made for my home! Mike explained the process and showed me the value that having solar truly brings. The entire experience was smooth and transparent, I was kept informed, and my property was well respected. This one investment not only added equity
to my home, but peace of mind as well because I can truly say that I am doing my part to make the world a better place. And that's important to me because I am a Veteran!

Having solar installed increased my conscious awareness of our environment to the point that now I desire to be COMPLETELY off the grid some day (once the supply/demand for batteries becomes more stable, LOL). With this first step, SEM Power has made that goal a firm possibility.

If you are on the fence about getting solarized, consider this: the value far outweighs the price (IMHO). This is Florida, the SUNSHINE state. All of us are not beach people, nor do we all enjoy the various waterways or outdoor escapes that we are blessed to have access to. But with solar, things are different. So, why shouldn't YOU benefit from this natural resource?
