This People specially Donald Hodges are extremely incompetent. I referred his engineering services (since we were friends) and his civil proposal had 56 deficiencies after city of Houston revised 4 times of course he blame everyone else. Second time, I used his services myself got a phony proposal. I called a meeting with the city. Head of the department feedback "they have no idea what they are doing" and then SSCI enforced an extremely high retainer fee (9k) for a poorly done job. They stopped answering phone calls and hired collection people. Dont waste your time and money working with this people.
