It took them forever to respond to the initial request for plans. Then after months of getting back to us, they finally request final payment on plans we have never received and have threatened to report our small business to a board of contractors for no payment.

Very unprofessional, slow for service but quick to ask for money. I don't really leave many reviews but to be threatened over a service that was not completed is ridiculous. They charged $900 for a stamp on a set of plans we never received. Got paid $450 and now threaten a small business without inquiring our satisfaction as a client.

They promote turn around time but lack in delivery. Quoted 3 days took 7
Had to correct engineer on conduit size! second time using them and will
be the Last!! From the CEO to the intake department very unprofessional..
After they get your money they won't answer the phone always goes to voicemail or a text message in a meeting will call shortly.
