I am so thankful to Jorge. He worked fast and did not charge an arm and a leg to clean up my surface pro and my USB drives. I had insurance for a year with best buy / geek squad and I never got one device back in the amount of time Jorge was able to get all 4 items I left him back to me. In the past, I have also sent faxes to the state disability office from SerDiTech and it was WAY more economical than when I sent them through FedEx. Right now with prices going up like crazy it's nice to have places like SerDiTech that you can trust to get the job done without breaking the bank.

I called multiple stores trying to get a display port fixed and every place I called either didn’t work with displays or tried charging me a price of buying a whole new one. I called Jorge and he had it fixed for me within 2 hours same day at a low cost. Extremely fast, friendly and I will come back with any other pc problems I encounter. 10/10 experience. I came by yesterday to have my printer looked at. The owner was not at the location. He has a sign that reads: Call me……… thanks”. So I called him, said “I work outside” so he wasn’t available. Today, I decided to call, on my way this time, to give him time to get here. He arrives 25mins after he said ~10mins; which wasn’t the end of the world for me.

We get inside and he doesn’t really seem to want to work on my printer. I was able to do more diagnostics than him. He then, in the middle of our interaction, says he has a customer is Fontana as has to leave. Told me it would be $35 to have someone look at it- but at this point I have more faith in myself to figure the issue out.

He was a decent guy all things given, but the experience left a lot to be desired
