I've been working out at Serenity Life Fitness for about two years now and I have enjoyed all of my time there. The instructors are GREAT!! a good variety of classes to choose from so NO boredom here. All fitness levels, just starting out, not a problem or if you are a pro at Zumba, RIPPED, Turbokick and more you will be challenged! Come on in!! You will be welcome and you feel like you are at home quickly!!

This beautiful place called Serenity Life Fitness. I have missed for so long because my life is so busy and I just could not fit into my schedule. However, the moment I saw that early morning classes were available I was ready! It blesses me to work out with such encouraging women. There is always someone to give you a high five or to say something positive to motivate. I truly believe in women building women and this is evident at Serenity. The name speaks volume and is true to the spirit of Serenity. Thank you my serenity sisters, thank you to the instructors who show up to get each of us where we desire to be. I pray that each person's life continues to be blessed and in turn we each continue to be a blessing. It is more than a workout of the body. The mind is elevated and the spirit is filled. Love you all. I feel so good today and it is partly because I have had a good week with the morning crew 🙂

Serenity Fitness is such a great place to go for workouts, nutrition, support, fellowship...i can go on and on! Since day 1 all of the ladies have welcomed me with open arms, provided encouragement and have pushed me to give it all I can when I am, there. This truly is a great place to workout, and there are such a variety of classes to chose from throughout the entire week....The energy, talent, and warmth at Serenity is priceless!

Great classes and instructors. The energy and positivity was exactly what I was looking for. If your looking for a variety of fulfilling workouts in a great atmosphere with like minded ladies- Serenity is definitely worth checking out!

Serenity Life Fitness is awesome. The serenity instructors are great, they are friendly, positive, and full of energy. I encourage you to try any of the classes, you won't regret it. My favorite is Zumba and Piyo😜😜😜

I've been a member of SLF for 2 1/2 years now. I love it! Not only are the instructors motivating, encouraging, fun, etc. they sincerely care about the well being and overall health of their clients. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. We are more like a family than anything else. I would highly recommend SLF to anyone and often do!

Serenity life fitness isn't just about working out its about having fun & living a healthier lifestyle. Joining serenity life fitness was one of the best things I did. I love this place.

My wife attends SLF and absolutely loves the classes and instructors. It's fun, fitness and fabulousness all bottled into one!!!
