Go with a different company. This company created headaches months after project was done. Insurance had not paid them out. Instead of reaching out to the insurance themselves and putting due diligence, they decided to send me the bill and threatened to go to collections.

In summary, they wanted me to do their work of chasing after the insurance company. I had to spend hours being the middleman between insurance and ServiceMaster.

Ryan Carsey is listed as the “president”. he was the person who did not spend his time to go after the insurance company. He admitted to “giving up” after being placed on hold by the insurance company. If the President is this Lazy, I can’t imagine how the other workers are.

Rather than being helpful with the restoration service, this company created greater headaches.

I’m glad I ended up using another company. Servicemaster only provided a site visit (no repair provided) and created such a hassle.

Ryan, Jamal, and the whole team were wonderful. There were a lot of unusual circumstances in the water damage at my elderly father's house, plus I was working with them from afar. They were so helpful and kind, working with me at every step in a very painful situation. I can't say enough positive things about them.

The ServiceMaster crew that responded to my flooded bedroom/bathroom was fantastic! They were professional, polite, and knew what they were doing. They were careful with my belongings and they did everything with a good attitude! the crew listened to my concerns and explained the process well. I am so thankful they were the ones to remove all of the water, damage and debris.

We had a slow leak in the kitchen that left mold under the floor. This company was used through our insurance claim. They packed things haphazardly into boxes, with absolutely no organization whatsoever. They left open food containers all over the floor of one room which gave rats and mice (which we had not had an issue with before) free reign to make the place their home. They attempted to save a couch we had made clear we no longer wanted, as well as several items we later had to throw away ourselves because we were not being listened to, but they tried to throw out an heirloom oak table because one of the guys thought it "looked bad," and an heirloom oak rocking chair because it "looked old." They came out MULTIPLE times and refused to complete the job because someone thought they saw a rat (AFTER we had taken care of the problem completely on our own, you guys certainly did NOT help - if anything you created the problem to begin with). Then, their idea of completing the job is to dump the boxes haphazardly into the garage we had meticulously cleaned out and leave the garage in an absolute mess. Many of the boxes were torn and coming open with items damaged. When we called to request one final cleanup, we were literally told the bill had been paid in full and they were not responsible for anything further. Cool, I'll just make sure not to recommend you to ANYONE in need of cleaning or restoration services. The unprofessionalism was beyond astounding.

We had water damage in our kitchen and family room that resulted in the removal of the damaged cabinets, drywall and laminate flooring. They were extremely responsive to my needs; they completely enclosed the area that sustained the damage with heavy plastice from ceiling to floor so that any mold spores would not contaminate the rest of my house. They brought in 8 fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the kitchen and surrounding damaged areas. I had contact with not only Ryan, the owner, but more often, his supervisor, Taylor Fram. He walked me through the entire process. He was GREAT! He answered all of my concerns. At times I had up to 8 ServiceMaster workers here. All of them were so polite, helpful and most of all, trustworthy!!! They packed up my furniture, fragile china and crystal with the greatest of care and protection. I just cannot say enough praise about ServiceMaster!!!! If I ever have another disaster in my home, there is no other company I would have! Virginia Young, Roseville CA

I went through a shocking experience with water damage. I thought it was a simple fix. Surprise, it was a disaster!

ServiceMaster came in and informed me of the damage and that I had to leave immediately for my safety. I'm sure I wasn't easy to convince of the seriousness of my situation.
They handled everything so professionally including my terror at what was,and had happened to my home.
They are not only professional but also kind, compassionate, and understanding of the trauma when your home becomes uninhabitable. Every person who interacted with me from ServiceMasters was top notch and kind.

Hopefully you won't need them in your future, but if you do have the need, I would highly recommend them for all the qualities I mentioned.

We were impressed at how quickly they responded. They came out the same day in less than a half an hour after our phone call and worked till 8:00 that evening removing our flooring. They worked quickly and accomplished a lot in a few hours time. Ryan and his crew were great and we appreciated how quickly they took care of our problem.
