I had an outstanding experience with ServePro, particularly thanks to Joseph's exceptional service. His kindness, diligence, and overall dedication made a significant difference during a challenging time. Having your ceiling flood and damage 4 rooms is no joke. It’s an arduous process and even more difficult when you have a unresponsive insurance company. Despite communication challenges with my insurance company, Joseph's professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out, making the entire process smoother and more manageable. I highly recommend ServePro, and I am grateful for Joseph's amazing support. My ceiling is now repaired my bathroom and all of my rooms have new carpet and actually looking better than they did before. Kurt and Cindy of ServPro Elgin/NW Kane (AND ALSO) Aurora were able to service my northern Yorkvile condo. Kurt -- their production manager--was extremely responsive, detail-oriented, and reassuring of all my concerns both before, during, and after. Any and all "punchlist" items that needed follow-up from the initial service were addressed IMMEDIATELY the next day, which was so appreciated to ensure refraining from a piecemeal approach to avoid allowing any mold to further respawn. My job was involved because it was not related to a specific water loss but mold all over/humidity event, so their proposal and fair price was appreciated. It was almost more like a full fiberglass washdown. Thank you Kurt & ServPro for customizing for my needs.

In March of 2024, my neighbor turned the first floor kitchen, dining room and garage of my townhouse Into an indoor pool. I immediately contacted Servpro who showed up in less than 1 hour from my call.

Throughout the process, there was great communication and prompt responses to all my questions and concerns.

I am not much of a review guy but really feel compelled to share my experience with ServPro of Aurora. I woke one morning to a strange sound and quickly found that I had a pipe break and water was flooding my finished basement area. After getting through the panic stage and turning off the water to the house, I grabbed everything I could save.

Not knowing even where to begin I blindly called ServPro for whatever assistance I could get. Very quickly, the owner had a couple of guys on site to check it out and I felt comforted rather quickly. It was very evident that they have done this before and knew what they are doing. They were extremely calm and professional while the world was spinning out of control on my side.

From that point, they did everything---cleaned everything up---removed, saved, restored my furniture.....actually provided the carpentry to replace the damaged wall and flooring...assured that the area was clean of mold or any after effects. I could not be more satisfied.

Most importantly, as a consumer--they really did everything and genuinely seemed to care about our family as people--not just another job. They were always professional, prompt and forthright in our conversations and really worked with us to satisfy our needs from the moment I made that first call at 5:45 in the morning until I got by basement back.

I sincerely hope nobody has to go through the process of a broken pipe and the damage that occurs, but if you ever do---do not hesitate to reach out to ServPro of Aurora---they were really awesome when my family needed help.

The ServPro service continues to impress me. Our basement flooded this AM, and what could have been a huge loss for us was quickly mitigated and drying in under 3 hours with the assistance of ServPro and a local plumber.
