Where to begin. Our basement flooded which we found out at 4am. Called Servpro. They had a crew here within the hour. Everything was taken care of professionally and fast. Damon was in constant contact through the entire process. Not to forget Danielle, she went above and beyond every step. I couldn't say enough about how great Servpro was and will HIGHLY recommend them to all. Thank you again!

Jessica & DB both did an excellent job loading my furniture etc. to take to storage after a sewer backup. They were so pleasant & accommodating. They made a stressful circumstance more tolerable. I highly recommend ServPro of Champaign.

Chris. It is a daunting task having to move everything out of the bedrooms on the second floor because the ceilings need to come down and they were so fast, efficient and professional with all the items. Really appreciate their help

I'll preface this by starting with the work being paid entirely by an insurance claim. That might effect the experience I have but doesn't diminish it.

Staff were kind of friendly, but that's about the extent of the positives I have. People on site were lost and unknowledgeable. Progress was very slow but the result looks rushed and have caused additional problems I will now have to address.

Overall, the convenience of having the insurance adjuster have SERVPRO pay outside of our adjusted cost will weigh against new issues I have because of badly executed extraction of damaged floors.

If hindsight is 20/20 then I would have had them identify the areas that were problematic and done the work myself. It would have taken a weekend instead of over a week.

After speaking with a rep over the phone I'm going to make an adjustment to my review. Customer service was responsive and it sounds like some appropriate actions were being put in place even before my review.

Customer service was great, they were very responsive and receptive to criticism. They offered to come and take care of the problems I had, but I had already taken care of it myself so it was unnecessary.

I appreciate the willingness to follow through, and I'll boost my rating. I want to keep my initial impressions however because people should keep an eye on the technicians. I am hopeful that they will have better leadership and accountablility in the future.

Servpro did an outstanding job. They mitigated our water damage area, and the co structure. Team rebuilt the ceiling and were very willing to please their very picky clients, which we appreciate so much. Hopefully we won’t need them for another 5- 10 yrs but if we do Servpro is who we trust to complete the work.

Servpro mediation came out to take out the ceiling and floor or two big rooms. Isaiah, Andre and Gauge work efficiently and professionally to get the job done and clean up. Was very happy with the state they left my house and they were even willing to work we with me to answer questions and add part of a room that was on the repair plan and not the mediation plan, before I knew the difference. Overall happy with the experience.

ServPro was awesome. They came in and did an excellent job of evacuating the water in our basement after a torrential rainfall. They were meticulous, up front and honest in their assessments. Ken Fewkes is a man I really appreciate. He went the extra mile to do battle with our insurance company to get the funds needed to do the job. I hope my family never has to go through this again, but if we do, we have their number on speed dial.
