I can't say enough good things about this company and the people that came and cleaned our house after a kitchen fire. Bobbie and her husband and Johnny went above and beyond cleaning everything! Every room, nook and cranny was cleaned! The duct work was cleaned, carpet and upholstery cleaned!! I don't know what we would have done without them. Once again, thank you doesn't seem enough. I recommend them tenfold!!

This review is overdue. In September my husband and I hired Servpro to remove extreme water damage from our home. When the team arrived they were very efficient and thorough. When asked questions they were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone with similar circumstances. The team at our house consisted of Brian, Bobbie, Johnathan, Johnny, Edward, and Kaleb. Thank you all for an excellent job. Initially I gave the mitigation team a 5-star review. I now revoke the 5-star and change it to a 2-star. A bedroom closet was overlooked and added later, they took 2 rugs that had been affected to clean & store along with a baseboard (at no charge). All of this was great - but then later when I went to retrieve these items, they claimed to not have taken the baseboard and told me "it's 2 against 1". (the 2 guys said they didn't remember and I said they took it).

The restoration team is a 1-star rating. They admittedly tried shortcutting the initial estimation causing a delay. I was told I "fell through the cracks" because they were "so busy from all the hurricanes in the area". I experienced no communication, confused communication, delayed communication, finger pointing and almost temper tantrums throughout this process. I requested a quote to replace flooring in my entire home, which I never received. After getting several quotes from other flooring companies in the area, Servpro Repairs were double the price.

I will always wonder if they conveniently loss/discarded my baseboard because I didn't use them for repairs.

The men and women of Servpro that came to my home in Wellborn were absolutely amazing. My home had 30” of flood water after Hurricane Debby in August 2024. I have never personally experiences such a mess. The furniture and the flooring were destroyed and the clothing and cabinets couldn’t be salvaged. In spite of the smell and mold that was growing, Servpro performed better than I could have imagined. They were kind and they treated my things very professionally. Once they removed all the contents, they cut the drywall away from the floor to an 4 foot level. My home looked like a new construction. They dried my home and treated it for mold. They have now begun to rebuild the house. I cannot say enough how delighted I am with their work. I know I didn’t get all of their names but I wanted to recognize the crew that I got names for; Kaleb, Johnny, Bobby, Brian and Edward. What an amazing job they did. And their construction side headed up by Greg is doing an awesome job on the rebuild. Thank you again and I pray that God blesses your business beyond your wildest dreams .🙏😁

I can't say enough how grateful I am to have a very gross situation (doggy diarrhea in MULTIPLE spots) completely reversed! Ronnie Wilson came out right on time -- he was professional and friendly and very efficient! Now, my carpet looks better than it did when I bought this house 9 years ago and it's smells fresh and clean. I went from very unhappy about the nastiness situation to elated! This exceeded my expectations! Not only does it look amazing, but it's so good to know the room is sanitary!

After my water treatment system flooded my home I was referred to Servpro in Lake City. Kim was very helpful and informative on the phone and promised someone would be out that day. She kept me informed until they arrived. Kaleb Archer and Jonathon Hallock were professional, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. They went to work and demonstrated great work ethic! Keith and Johnny came today to clean our AC system and ducts. They did a great job. Very personable and knowledgeable. The process was quick and easy. Not sure why we waited so long to give them a call but well worth the time and money.
