They did our house after a garage fire and did some cleaning but we cleaned for hours and every-time it was black everywhere. We were also told our clothes would only take 3/4 weeks. They took them on November 20th and we still are without our clothes just the trash bag we had kept. The floors if they were mopped ever definitely did not look like it. We mopped the entire house and it took us going over it 7 times before we got somewhat clean water. They did do good hauling stuff out of our garage and cleaning up our garage but I would not recommend them cleaning inside your home. They also don’t move the furniture to clean under it.

I would not recommend. The painters half ass. Replaced subfloor with no glue using nails. Extremely overpriced for not doing much of anything. I’ll give them two stars for hiring good subcontractors.

Amanda, McKenzie, and Karen did an AMAZING job! My basement had a sewage backup and everything was ruined. They cleaned the walls, floor, power washed, disinfected, and hauled out my ruined belongings. They showed up promptly, had great communication throughout the process, and had everything looking new within a few hours. I couldn’t ask for a better experience; I highly recommend SERVPRO and this team for anyone needing similar services.

My basement flooded on a Saturday and their crew immediately came out to our house and quickly had the water sucked up and fans out! Eli was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me that would happen every step of the way. The process since then has been a bit slow but mostly I think that they are just stretched a little bit thin (what business doesn't have staff shortages right now?) We are still going through the process of finishing our restoration but I would still recommend their services to anyone who is in need.

Our sump pump quit working while we were vacationing in Florida. We called Servpro of Effingham and they were at our house accessing the situation within a few hours. After speaking with Brock, we felt comfortable continuing our vacation because communication was top notch and we were updated frequently throughout the process. The crews removed water, removed damaged carpet and drywall, cleaned and disinfected. We came home from Florida to a dry basement! Their entire staff was extremely professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, helpful, and polite! Thank you serve pro for saving our vacation and helping us in this trying time. We came home to find a burst water pipe. After shutting off the water I immediately called Servpro. Within an hour a supervisor arrived, accessed the situation, and very quickly had a crew on site to clean up. I was very impressed with their professionalism and quality of the work, and their employees were all very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure they were exceeding our expectations. I would definitely recommend Servpro to others.

Had a sewage backup issue. Servpro was in within a couple hours. Cleaned, removed damaged carpet padding, disinfected twice. We had carpet re-stretched and seams fixed. Servpro then came in for final cleaning and drying. Crews were extremely helpful, polite and courteous. Great experience in a trying time.
