We experienced a pipe rupture in our home during last weeks sub zero temps. Serv Pro techs Diego and Omar arrived on the scene and jumped into our event with the most caring and professional attitude. They were kind very knowledgeable and worked very efficient. Everything was documented well as Serv pro works with our insurance. Cindy from the office checked in with me throughout the day as well. It’s says a lot about a company when their employees are happy and trained well. Diego on his final lap around my home even did the white glove check looking for any trace of dust above door and every spot he could find. After this long day of work these men were headed to another job. They spoke very positive about Serv Pro. In todays world it’s difficult to find trustworthy, reliable and great customer service like this folks. They will be back in a few days to check back in. This took so much pressure off of us in finding a competent service or deal with numerous contractors. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who has to experience anything like this. They did the water mitigation portion of our chain and we look forward to working with the rebuild team. A+++++

We had a broken water pipe that flooded two floors of our home. Obviously there was a LOT of work that had to be done - walls, floors, furniture, ceilings, carpeting, coordinating with insurance Company. Servpro was outstanding throughout the entire process and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the first call I made on a Sunday afternoon to the last call they made to me to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction - they were terrific. Christopher was proactive and always on top of what was needed. He, Tony and the reconstruction team did a thorough and amazing job getting the house put back together. They were also very timely and sensitive to our visitor schedule. They’re the best.

I highly recommend SERVPRO of Elgin/Northwest Kane County. They provided mitigation and restoration services to my business location. Everyone on their staff was professional, kind, patient and thorough in their approach and work. They explained each step of the process and addressed details that were important to me. The end result was beautiful! And although I do not want to ever go through that experience again (nor wish it on anyone else), the care, attention, and quality of work by SERVPRO was impeccable and exceeded my expectations. We had a fire in our building and SERVPRO of Elgin/Northwest Kane Aurora DeKalb was SUPER responsive. They came out in the middle of the night within one hour of my call. They explained the process thoroughly and communicated constantly. Would highly recommend.

Kurt and Cindy of ServPro Elgin/NW Kane/Aurora were able to service my northern Yorkvile condo. I asked them to inspect and take some samples. Kurt was extremely responsive, detail-oriented, and reassuring of all my concerns. He spent close to 2 hours taking a most detailed assessment, scans, samples, answering questions, etc. He then has spent much time answering follow-up questions in email and providing details of the plan to remediate. This is an excellent ServPro branch.

Servpro was recommended by my insurance company after sewage backed up into my home. They were great from the start. Calling me and setting up a time to come over. They consistently kept me up to date on when they were coming and were always punctual. There was definitely a standout, Steven the crew chief. Kept me informed every step of the way. He took the time to explain what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what the next steps were. I wish Steven was handling the rebuild too!

Servpro Elgin came out to dry out our basement after some flooding. Viago, Omar, Vince, and Ceasar did an amazing job. They were very professional and took great care with our basement. Everything was dry and clean when they left. Highly recommend!!
