Karl and his team are wonderful people. They even took time out of their day to stop by our facility with wonderful donations for our rescue dogs to make the dogs waiting on forever homes Christmas better.

We had service for our crawlspace. They were easy to contact appreciate speaking with an actual person without going through endless prompts!! Came out to give estimate and it was very reasonable Work was done quickly and professionally. Care was taken to clean up and leave home in good condition.

We had a car drive through the window. Servpro was to facility within the hour of calling to access the damage. They were willing to work outside of office hours so not to disturb patients. Window replaced and two rooms drywalled and painted (frames of rooms were moved from car impact) Very professional, neat and would never know they were here except for plastic hanging to block dust. Would highly recommend their service

Found some water pooling in my workshop and discovered a big black stretch of mold behind the workbench. I have a cinderblock foundation, so I slowly fight mold here and there, but this required a pro. Edgar responded immediately, came out and provided a quote, then took care of it all within a few days. He even worked on a small section in the fuse box room. There was an exposed spot and he cheerfully came to run another coat in the area. 5-star & Thank you Edgar.

I had my ducts cleaned. The guys were very thorough and informative. I had a problem with one of my vents that didn’t send heat up and they found out what the problem was. The process was not rushed, they were clean and neat and didn’t leave any debris. I was totally satisfied.

Great experience with Servpro Elmhurst! It is never fun to have your place flooded but they came within hours and started cleaning our office. What a relief! And our insurance company worked with them directly (they are preferred vendor) so reimbursement was a breeze. The entire team was a pleasure to work with - thanks!
